Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you no show or cancel within 24 hours you will be charged half of the service amount on that day. We understand there are certain situations, weather, conditions, or sickness that might come up quickly and we will handle things with grace and understanding when needed. Any new client receiving a color correction, or lash extension service will be charged 50 percent up front to reserve their spot. Canceling with less than 24 hours notice or a no show will result in the client forfeiting their deposit. We understand emergencies happen, and we will handle each situation with understanding and grace.
